BRC - The British Rabbit Council

Rabbit Resources ~ Charities ~ Associations ~ Councils - BRC

The British Rabbit Council (or B.R.C.) is a 'showing' and exhibiting organisation for rabbit breeders in the UK.

To enter most rabbit shows, you must be a member and your rabbit must have a metal ring around its foot registered in your name.

In breed classes the rabbits are judged to a standard. Shows are rated from 1* to 5*, 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest.

Rabbit breeding programs should not be taken lightly especially when there are so many rabbits needing homes currently in shelters and rescue centres all over the country.
